Dear friends,

Welcome to my blog for everything yarn crafts (but mostly crochet)! I’m Madison, and as I write this, I am enjoying my very brief summer break between my second and third year of optometry school. I graduate in a couple years, not soon enough!

Although I am passionate about eye care… if I REALLY got to pick what I do all day every day, it would probably be crocheting on my couch with my tail-less cat, Bobbie, sitting in my lap and a cup of tea by my side (figure 1). In the mean time though, while I am not studying or seeing patients in our clinic, this is what I will be doing.

I hope to use this blog to share crochet patterns, crafting tips, and ideas. I have already shared a few patterns for sale on my Etsy store front, and I hope to make some of those available for free on my blog very soon.
